Friendly staff and particularly good location, perfect for me. Around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Sponza Palace. A lot of goodies for breakfast.
Beds were not that comfortable.

We appreciated sleeping 3 nights in this hotel. Everything was fine, nice property, the location was fantastic close to the center of the city, and pile gate and old town. A twin room included climate control, flat screen cable TV, and a microwave oven. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, great night sleep...

I had a fantastic stay at Guest House Gugily! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day of exploring. I especially loved the privacy of having my own single room. I highly recommend this guest house for its central location and peaceful ambiance.
Although there were a few minor inconveniences like difficulty finding the exact entrance and a bathroom without a lock, they did not detract from the overall positive experience. The friendly and accommodating staff made up for any shortcomings, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Perfect location! It's just a stone's throw away from the old city gate, the ancient city walls, and the main 'Pile' gate. Plus, it's nestled right by a charming alleyway 🚶♂️.

We had a delightful stay at Guest House Gugily. the location couldn't be better, just a few minutes away from the old city. the apartment and rooms were beautifully decorated, and we loved the cute and cozy atmosphere. the fully equipped kitchen was a great addition, and each room had its own key for added security. Our room offered a breathtaking view of the Fort and the sea. Matthew, the host, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially with our late check-in. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and despite occasional noise from other guests, we were able to quickly fall back asleep. the cleanliness of the kitchen and bathroom was always maintained, and having two toilets in the guest home meant no waiting. the best part was the location itself, right in front of the city walls, allowing us to easily retreat to our room whenever we needed a break or a quick lunch.
With such excellent value for money, we couldn't ask for more. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all.

Perfect location, just a stone's throw away from all the main attractions. Super friendly and accommodating staff - always available when needed. Room was cozy and comfy, air conditioning worked really well on hot days.
Bathroom and kitchen facilities were shared and not cleaned frequently enough. Sometimes had to wait to use them.

The location was insanely perfect, just minutes from the old city. The apartment and rooms were beautifully decorated with cute furniture. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to cook. The bedrooms could be locked and the beds were super comfortable. The view from our room of the Fort and the sea was jaw-dropping. The host was so helpful, even with my late check-in. The cleanliness of the kitchen and bathroom was exceptional. Having two toilets was a major convenience. And the best part was the easy access to the city wall and being able to go back to the room for a quick lunch. Best value for money, can't complain about the price.

The location was super convenient, just a stone's throw away from the main attraction. Plus, the room was decorated really nicely and smelled really good. , we had access to the washing machine which was useful during our Easter holidays.
We were not provided with any check-in instructions, and it took multiple phone calls to finally get access to our room. there was only 1 bathroom for 8 people, and the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
